Craftsman Revival

This 1920’s foursquare craftsman home was in need of an update for the modern family who lived here. Located in the heart of Linden hills this home was a diamond in the rough. We added 900 sq ft and a detached garage to make the home livable for the young family. The renovation included a kitchen and mudroom addition off the back of the home and an owner’s suite on the 2nd level. We retained the charm and character of the original home while giving it a modern update on all the necessities of a growing family who appreciated craftsmanship.
