Nestled along Lake Shore Drive, this 2,800 sq. ft. custom home is a testament to thoughtful design, timeless architecture, and modern livability. Inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright’s principles, the home seamlessly integrates natural materials, clean aesthetics, and intentional spaces, all within a narrow 40’ wide lot.

Designed for a family of three, the goal was to create a warm, inviting home with a small yet highly functional footprint. The result? A space that feels both expansive and intimate, maximizing light, flow, and connection to nature.

In collaboration with KA Designs for architecture and Fika Interiors, we crafted a home that embodies simplicity, elegance, and craftsmanship—where every detail serves a purpose, and every space is designed for comfort and beauty.
