This has been a banner year for Mark D. Williams Custom Homes Inc. We worked on three incredible new construction builds, all unique and stunning in their own ways. Each of our projects presented new challenges and opportunities that we loved exploring! A Contemporary Custom Home
One of the new builds we've been so excited to share is this stunning Medicine Lake modern home. This project was a collaboration at its finest: combining the expertise of Buffie Architects, the ‘legacy on the lake' vision of our client, and the detailed execution you can expect from our Mark D. Williams team. This modern home was the culmination of a two-and-a-half-year building process with hard work and the beautiful finished product reflects the care we took. The cool, clean lines of the architecture are balanced perfectly with the warm, inviting details that bring this home to life. Undoubtedly this jewel of the lake will be a foundational fixture for decades to come.
A Deephaven Home Builder’s Dream
Another unforgettable high-end home project was this home in the heart of Deephaven. We first met the owners six years ago and when the time was right they teamed up with us, Chirigos Design and David Charles Designs to create this stunning, high-end home. This project was a fun mix of classic lines and edgy design choices that allowed the homeowners to show off their unique style. The combination was breathtaking: the perfect home for this incredible family.
A New Construction Dream Home
As Twin Cities home builders we pride ourselves on creating custom homes that invite people to take a closer look. Our 2022 Fall Dream Home is the perfect example! Only a golf cart ride away from picturesque Lake Minnesota, this home still manages to feel private and cozy tucked away along the Luce Line trail. Included in the Parade of Home Tours, this build captured hearts at every turn! The magic acts, juggling, balloon art, and iced coffee may have drawn in the guests at first, but the classic architecture that Alexander Design Group is known for and the styling perfection of The Sitting Room is what kept them coming back for more!
We had a great 2022
All in all, 2022 was a great year full of inspiring projects we were so proud to have been a part of. Looking ahead, we know the best is yet to come! We can't wait to continue bringing our unique style and skill to new custom home builds in 2023.
